Media processing
The submitted link, temporary media and completed file are handled by the CueTrim Engine on your device. CueTrim does not normally receive or host those media files.
Privacy
Local media. Minimal cloud data.
CueTrim separates local media processing from the account and payment services needed to operate the website.
Temporary files
A completed file remains available while its result stays open. It is removed when you refresh or close the page, choose another link, or stop the local engine.
Account information
Your email address, subscription state and usage counters are stored by the account service so CueTrim can provide sign-in and enforce plan limits.
Payments
Payment details are handled by the payment provider. CueTrim stores only the customer and subscription references needed to provide and manage paid access.
