Usage terms
Use CueTrim responsibly.
These terms describe permitted use, plan limits and the rules that protect CueTrim users and rights holders.
Permitted use
You may only process content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is covered by a valid licence or permission, or that you are otherwise legally entitled to use. A publicly accessible link or a personal or non-commercial purpose does not by itself make copying lawful. You must follow applicable law and the source service’s terms.
Plans and limits
The free plan includes one completed download at up to 720p and 30 minutes. CueTrim Plus is £9.99 per month before any local-currency conversion, includes the source's maximum available video quality and two hours per job, and is subject to fair use of 100 downloads or 50 processing hours per billing cycle.
You can cancel CueTrim Plus through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Prohibited use
You must not use CueTrim to infringe copyright or related rights, or to bypass digital rights management, encryption, paywalls, login restrictions or other technical access controls. CueTrim may restrict or terminate service access where misuse is reasonably suspected or valid legal process requires action.
